The new customer must be a new enquiry to Capital Space. You must be either an existing or past customer of CSL or a supplier of services to claim the above reward. Past customers can make referrals within 5 years of their departure to claim the reward.
The recommended customer for on-site rewards must make it known at the time of sign-up who has recommended our services and then must take occupancy for three months; the reward will be given at the completion of three months. In order to make a valid claim, an introduction must be made by existing/past customers or suppliers within one-month of the new customer signing a licence with us by submitting a claim form from our website.
The recommended customer for virtual rewards must have been billed and paid for three months of services and the reward will be given at the completion of three months. Subject to our discretion.
VoIP referrals will receive reward at the end of a three month billing period. Referrals can include new and existing customers who do not currently or have not previously taken our VoIP services and that we are not currently in discussions with.
