Growing a local business

For Siva, the chance to create a local business came at a good time. Living near Croydon, he didn’t want to commute far, so he decided to open a local branch, now based in our Capital Business Centre, where he is highly reputable for his excellent expertise and high quality service he provides. He explained how he has achieved his success so far:

‘Good communication, transparency, high standards of service and support to all our clients is the pinnacle of how I run my business. I ensure there is always someone at the other end of the line at any time of the day.

“We ensure we respond to all our clients within 24 hours as they contact us. They not only have the numbers for the office, but they even have my personal mobile number, as I believe communication is everything”.

Another stand-out feature of BBK’s strong customer service ethic is a willingness to explore various methods of tax and cost savings for the business even things are going smoothly for the clients.

Siva is also a firm believer that reconciliation is the foundation to good practice. So when a new client joins the firm, all balance sheet items are reconciled regularly .” This prevents discrepancies, fraud, ensures consistency and sustains a regular business growth forecast.
