“Be honest, say what you mean and mean what you say. If you are trying to provide a service, go out of your way to make sure you’re reaching the customers’ expectations. This is not always easy, as there are always going to be challenges but it’s all about how you react to these setbacks. You can’t expect an easy ride and must not be afraid to fail at times.”

With a Head office in Dublin and a North America branch, what drew Smart Glass International to Capital Space’s business centre in Milton Keynes?

“It’s safe to say that Capital Space shares our passion for customer satisfaction which made it the perfect home for our UK offices. “A pleasant place to work in makes all the difference to how you work. If the environment you’re in works for you, it makes you want to work harder. Location was also very important. There are good amenities on site, good parking and quick access to the city centre and train stations. We also love the fabulous independent café on site!”
