Meet the Southend team

Our site manager Peter has years of experience at our Southend site and is friendly, reliable and professional. He ensure that the site is well maintained and is always on hand to help customers.

Our agents in Southend are Hair & Son, which has been established in the area for over 100 years and who can provide a range of services and  and local market knowledge.

Peter Site Manager I started my role at Laurence Industrial Estate in August 2011 having previously worked for one of the customers here. I enjoy DIY which is handy as a lot of what I do to keep the centre looking good is painting and maintenance. I work mornings and can be found out and about around the centre regardless of the weather, busily clearing snow, when the need arises, so that the centre is accessible for both customers and visitors.

Now that all the work on Southend Airport has been completed the centre is very busy, if you are flying from the airport you will fly over Laurence so you can give me a wave, you may see my Lotus white camper van on the site as I am getting it ready to go camping with my son and the dog.
