Situated very close to Southend Airport, the Laurence Industrial Estate benefits from being close to a nearby supermarket as well as the A127 Southend Arterial Road.

If you’re looking for scenic attractions, it is also a short 15 or 20 minutes’ drive to Southend on Sea’s beachfront, including Chalkwell Beach and Bell Wharf Beach. The latter offers a sandy shoreline and is close to the renowned cockle sheds where you may be able to spot working fishing boats in action. There are a number of pubs and eateries close to the area. Southend itself has the world’s longest pleasure pier, Sealife Adventure for marine animal lovers, arcades and a museum.
