We know that running a business often means receiving unexpected calls at inconvenient times. That’s why each of our business centres is managed by an experienced and reliable reception team who will answer and forward any of your calls while you are busy. This allows you to attend important meetings, concentrate on projects, or go on annual leave, knowing you have a friendly, professional member of staff acting as the first point of contact for your business.
We offer telephone management services as standard, but for those who want even more flexibility, we also offer VoIP software – or voice over internet protocol– as an optional extra. This service allows you to receive calls anytime, anywhere and on any device, be it mobile, PC or tablet. This service has had rave reviews from many of our customers who need to travel often for meetings or enquiries, those who operate through a hybrid working system and those who have signed up to our virtual offices.

Mail management services
Just as you don’t want to miss an important call, you certainly don’t want to miss an important delivery. We understand that as a business owner, our customers are often receiving mail that might contain essential information. Additionally, many of our customers’ deliveries include valuable items such as inventory or equipment which are paramount to the operating of the business. So we understand that deliveries can have profound effects if they do not operate smoothly.
This is why, in addition to calls, our reception teams are always more than happy to accept parcels and deliveries on your behalf with efficiency and discretion, so you can keep concentrating on your core business activities.

Meeting rooms
Each of our meeting rooms are available to hire on an hourly, a half-daily or a daily basis to both Capital Space customers and to external visitors alike. Our small meeting rooms, which can seat up to ten people, are particularly popular among our customers who need a separate area to run private meetings, calls and interviews. Our large meeting rooms host up to forty and are favoured by internal and external customers who need to run workshops, conferences or networking events.
The meeting room hire service is available at six of our centres: Croydon, Sittingbourne, Kings Hill, Loughton, Harlow and Kings Hill. You can schedule a booking by filling out the request form.

Mail franking
Mail franking saves time and money and reduces the risk of error for those who have to send large numbers of deliveries or letters. Each of our centres have a franking machine for customers to use, at their convenience, to streamline their operations.

Photocopying and shredding
We believe that when preparing for a big meeting, you should be focusing on the meeting and not worrying printing handouts. And after the meeting, you’ve got better things to do than shredding surplus handouts. Our friendly reception teams are just a request away, ready to photocopy documents or dispose of unwanted, confidential information. We provide secure bags to our customers who fill and secure them, before returning them to the reception teams for collection.
