Business centre teams celebrate new joiners and internal promotions
We’re delighted to have welcomed a number of new staff to our teams at our business centres across the South East, as well as celebrating some internal promotions. All our new joiners and rising stars have one thing in common – they’re committed to supporting our customers to help them achieve their business ambitions. With previous experience ranging from farming in Australia to client relations, and interests covering an A-Z from antique furniture to Zumba, they provide a diverse injection of positivity to our business centre teams.
New Facilities Handyperson at Churchill Square Business Centre, Kings Hill
Steve Kyne has joined the Churchill Square Business Centre team in the role of Facilities Handyperson. Steve has previously worked for his family’s building business, once worked as a farmer for several years on the east coast of Australia and was an ambulance driver for Southeast Coast Ambulance for eight years.
“I started off cleaning the ambulances to get my foot in the door. I started from the bottom, they liked my work ethic and I got to train as a paramedic. Everyone called me Mr Bright Side as I never got stressed.”
He has settled into his new role at Churchill Square business centre and said: “I love it. I enjoy meeting the people in the offices, who are all lovely. Every day is different.”
Steve lives locally and in his spare time he enjoys spending time with his two children and extended family. He also has an interest in antique furniture, often attending auctions to view and purchase items.

Harlow’s Deputy Centre Manager, Carole Rice, is being promoted to Centre Manager of Harlow, following Jack Caddy’s decision to leave in April. Carole’s additional responsibility is a direct result of all her hard work at Loughton Seedbed Centre, which she will continue to manage, alongside Greenway Business Centre.
