Our small gestures making the difference for our customers
Each of our business centres’ customers are a valued member of our community and so we are committed to supporting them to achieve business success. We know SME owners are often tied up with a multitude of tasks from people management to marketing, so our friendly team will always be ready to help boost their businesses with our encouragement and expertise.
Free blog coverage
Each of our customers’ businesses have a unique story, from inception to success, which we share with our current and potential customers on the Case Studies page of our website. We offer our customers the opportunity to share their story with our team who will write up a blog, shining a spotlight on our customers’ fantastic businesses, and the people behind them.
We also offer free marketing stories for our customers in two publications: Business Milton Keynes and Kings Hill Mums Magazine, helping our customers to connect with their local audiences.
Customer anniversaries
Did you know 65% of our customers have been with us for over three years? To celebrate our longstanding customers, we share posts about their milestones across our company’s social media channels, as well as our dedicated centre managers’ channels, helping our customers gain a wider reach online.
Celebrating your successes
We champion our customers at Capital Space and will always be happy to share your success stories on our social media. We are proud to have numerous award-winning businesses at our business centres and take great pride in shouting about your business’ wins, big or small!
Going above and beyond
Our friendly, helpful team often will go the extra mile to assist you, for example, when customer Richard Studd was opening his new onsite café at our Waterhouse Business Centre in Chelmsford, the team shared promotional flyers around the centre and helped him to put up signage to promote the business.
Creating a community
Our business centres are more than just places to work, they are a community and a hub for collaboration. We often host networking events as well as organise charity fundraising efforts in each centre, with each centre nominating a charity close to their hearts. From Easter raffles to sponsored walks, our customers can get as much or as little involved as they would like to.
Caring for the environment
We also have a dedicated group of volunteers (made up of one team member from each of our business centres) who meet each quarter to discuss how we can make our workspaces more environmentally sustainable. Their aims include make recycling as easy and as accessible for our customers and increasing biodiversity by enriching our outdoor areas for our customers, and local wildlife, to enjoy.
