DragonzLair
Thinking of taking up a combat sport? DragonzLair in Sittingbourne specialises in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiujitsu (BJJ), that includes people of all ages, genders and abilities. At Stepping Stone Fitness, instructor Claire Stone provides both one-to-one personal training and Yoga or Pilates sessions which are clear, customisable and promote a sense of community. Tiro Fitness
Specialising in 1:1 and small group personal training sessions, Tiro Fitness have clients from a range of backgrounds, from people who are just starting out to confident gym goers. They also work alongside charities schools and physios to help educate people on the importance of health and to give back to the community.
