- Eco-friendly upgrades: We have embedded sustainable practices into our operations, from installing low-energy LED lighting to our award-winning Woodside café, which uses a range of new, clean technologies, demonstrates our innovation when it comes to upgrading our facilities. This includes an air source heat pump, adjustable LED lighting to vary the atmosphere, acoustic panels to absorb sound through the ceiling, infra-red heating panels and triple-glazed windows. Situated adjacent to the popular Linford Woods, the eco-friendly café scooped Best Café in Milton Keynes as voted by the public.
- Innovation in workspaces: In response to customer demand, we introduced new onsite storage solutions and have plans to launch innovative dual-use mezzanine units to better serve the evolving needs of businesses.
- Community support: Our strong commitment to the local community is evident through our ongoing charity work, including our partnership with Harry’s Rainbow, a Milton Keynes charity supporting bereaved children.
