National Customer Service Week
As part of National Customer Service Week last month, we surveyed our customers about their experience of Capital Space business centres.
We were delighted with the feedback we received from the small businesses who rent our offices, studios and workshops. Over 130 customers responded to our survey.
3 out of 4 customers gave top scores to our superfast internet service
A high speed, reliable internet connection is a must for any business wanting to succeed. We know how important it is to our customers, which is why we offer a superfast, uninterrupted broadband service as part of our simple, monthly licence.
Of the businesses we surveyed, 78% chose ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’ for our internet speed, reliability, onsite support, and the portal we provide them to monitor their usage.
Our meeting rooms got the thumbs up from over 80% of our customers
Across our business centres, we provide a variety of different meeting spaces for our customers. With rooms catering in size for between 1-40 people, our meeting space is great for training, interviews, presentations, webinars or small conferences and are available hourly, or for a half day or full day.
82% of our customers rated our meeting rooms ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’.
Our customer service was rated ‘exceptional’ or ‘excellent’ by almost 90% of our businesses
As an office space provider, we understand how tough running a growing business can be. Our centre management teams are always on hand to resolve queries, offer advice or to provide business support services so that our customers can focus on running their businesses.
Customers were asked to judge our overall customer service as ‘Exceptional’, ‘Excellent’, ‘Good’ or ‘Satisfactory’. A staggering 88% of customers rated our customer service as either ‘Exceptional’ or ‘Excellent’.

Constructive feedback
We also offered customers an opportunity to make suggestions for improvements across our business centres. We will work closely with our staff at each centre to assess areas of concern and provide solutions as soon as possible.
