* Easier navigation for our users
As a leading provider of commercial business centres in the South East, it’s important for us to make information regarding our business centres and services as easily accessible for our current and prospective customers as possible. Our services ranging from business support to VoIP telephony solutions are featured more prominently to give people a snapshot of how we can support their businesses. One of the other most notable functions of our new website is our new filter option where you can search for offices, workshops, studios, virtual offices and meeting rooms by geography from our portfolio of nine business centres.

We have also invested in larger, high-quality images and new videos over the last two years which we will now be showcased on our new website; all of them feature customers who rent our offices, workshops and studios to give users a flavour of the diversity of start-ups and small businesses who occupy our workspace. We have also added new video content of our vacant units so customers can visualise the workspace better before they get in touch with us to book a tour of our facilities.

Other new helpful features on the new website consist of our Google reviews, detailed FAQ pages, new Local Area pages to illustrate what facilities and amenities are situated close to our business centres and additional enquiry forms so you can quickly and easily get in touch with us.
* Celebrating our customers’ businesses
We have always collaborated with our business owners to showcase their journeys, aspirations and entrepreneurial tips via our website blogs. We are still retaining these popular articles but have created new categories to make them easier to find. They now include:
- Case studies – where our business owners talk about why they have launched their companies, what their USPs are and how they have overcome challenges;
- Business news – which provides key insights and tips for business owners;
- Capital Space news – which offers updates on centre networking events and fundraisers, investment plans and staff changes.
We will continue to regularly update our content with business information, company announcements and share our knowledge and expertise in the business and workspace sector.

Our About Us section has now been bolstered with new pages on our Customer Sectors, showcasing the diverse range of SMEs who occupy our workspace; our Green Policy and our ongoing efforts to reduce, reuse and recycle wherever possible; our Company Values which we strive to uphold every day in our interactions with colleagues and customers and our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy.
