Our new VoIP system rolls out across all business centres
After a successful trial, our VoIP (voice over internet protocol) system will roll out across all nine of our business centres. Packed with business-boosting features, the Holler Voice system will replace the previous telephony system to allow our customers to fully adapt to the modern, post-pandemic working way.

The pandemic brought many workplace challenges and forced businesses to adapt to a mixture of office-based and remote working. We at Capital Space also had to rethink our offering to our customers.
The latest Holler Voice VoIP system offers a seamless communications network, to meet your business’ post-pandemic needs. The dynamic nature of the cloud-based system means it can offer a variety of features to ensure that everyone enjoys continuity of service, no matter where they are located. A successful trial of a new phone system at two Business Centres
We trialled Holler Voice initially at Milton Keynes Business Centre from December last year followed by Greenway Business Centre in February 2022. Customers at both centres gave the new VoIP telephony solution a firm thumbs up.
Adrian Brill, Partner of Your Staff Solutions, even retained his VoIP package despite the company relocation from Greenway.
“We have established clients in the area and we wanted to retain our numbers. That is the most important thing. The quality of the product is much better to what we had before and it enables us to do call forwarding so when we leave the office at 5pm, the calls transfer to a mobile. It’s also easier to transfer calls within the office,” he said.
Croydon customers are next in line to benefit, with VoIP being rolled out to Capital Business Centre from July 2022. Capital Space head office staff have also taken delivery of the new communications package.
