Our team is expanding
We are extremely lucky to have such a wonderful team here at Capital Space. They provide support to the hundreds of SMEs across nine business centres throughout the South East. We’re pleased to announce that we will be expanding as we welcome Stacey, Sam and Tony into the Capital Space family.
Stacey and Tony join Greenway Business Centre
We’re delighted that Stacey has joined us as a part-time Business Support Co-ordinator. With previous receptionist experience at Coventry University’s London campus, we’re sure that she’ll hit the ground running in her new role. When asked what drew her to Capital Space and Greenway, Stacey was full of praise for her new place of work.
‘I like the way the customers are always put first; Greenway Business Centre has a very welcoming atmosphere.’
In her spare time, Harlow resident Stacey likes spending time with family, going for walks and on holidays.
Meanwhile, Tony Finlay has joined Greenway team in the role of part-time Facilities Handyperson.
Tony is an experienced Building Services Engineer and has had a long career in a corporate environment. He is now semi-retired and moved to Harlow about one year ago.
In his spare time Tony enjoys carp fishing, cooking and spending time with his family and three children.
Brad joins our Senior Management team
From June 1st, Brad Critcher will join the Senior Management team at Capital Space in the role of Director of Technical Services. Brad has 30 years of experience in property development and management as well as skills in leading, mentoring, managing and recruiting both internal teams and external consultants. His career includes 10 years as MD of an active property development company and as development director of Intu, the owner of Lakeside and other major shopping centres.
He will be a vital part of the central support team where he will work alongside Lorraine, our Chief Executive.
“I am looking forward to working with the team at Capital Space and meeting as many of their customers as possible so that we can continue to improve the already excellent service we offer to growing businesses.”
Sam re-joins Milton Keynes Business Centre
Capital Space clearly made an impression on Sam as we welcome her back to the team at our Milton Keynes Business Centre. She re-joins us as a Business Support Co-ordinator bringing with her extensive experience in recruitment and the electrical and print trades.
‘I was amazed to see how far the centre has progressed and enjoyed reuniting with both Sue and Hayley, who were here all those years ago.’ Says Sam.
Outside of her role, Sam loves getting out and about with her dog and visiting UK beauty spots.
We wish both Stacey, Tony, Brad and Sam the best of luck as they start (and re-start) their careers with Capital Space and we look forward to watching them flourish in their new roles.
