The team at Capital Space are delighted to reveal that we have teamed up with Holler Voice to bring you a brand-new VoIP (voice over internet protocol) solution. The feature-rich Holler Voice system will replace our current Avaya telephony system so that we can provide our clients with a solution that supports flexible working with clear conference calls, and easy collaboration.

Covid-19 presented many workplace challenges and forced us to find new ways to work. With the new normal being a mixture of office-based and remote working, we at Capital Space were keen to evolve our offering to our customers.
The latest Holler Voice VoIP system has been designed to offer a seamless communications network, which meets your business’ post-pandemic needs. The dynamic nature of the cloud-based system means it will also serve your future business needs with ease, offering a variety of features to ensure that everyone enjoys continuity of service, no matter where they are.
The new plug-and-play system allows you to take calls from a handset, PC, or mobile phone – so no matter where you are when the phone rings, you can answer it! The system will be launched on December 1st at our Milton Keynes Business Centre before it is rolled out across the rest of the Capital Space workspaces in 2022.

Will my external telephone numbers change?
No, don’t worry all numbers will remain the same as we wanted to make sure transitioning over was as seamless as possible.
Is there any cost associated with this changeover?
No, there is no set-up fee or connection fee. Our monthly subscription costs £21.95 + VAT per handset. International calls are around 80% cheaper than calls made from a UK mobile phone. This compares very favourably with the average monthly cost of your current phone.
Is there a minimum contract term?
This telephony solution is a flexible package available on a monthly basis, just like our licence fee. This means that can flex up or flex down depending on your requirements. If you no longer wish to use the system, all you need to do is give us a month’s notice. Pretty ideal right?
If I leave Milton Keynes Business Centre or move to another Capital Space building, can I continue the service?
Yes, all handsets and apps and numbers will operate anywhere that you have internet access, meaning this is a truly portable solution.
Will we be given training and a User Guide?
Yes, we will provide expert training as well as access to online User Guides, so your phone system changeover will be as smooth as possible, with little or no downtime.
