We’re pleased to welcome two new BSCs to the Capital Space team
Our customers often share that our centre teams are what make the Capital Space experience unique. Our friendly team members are always on hand to do what they can to support our customers.
There have been a few changes recently in our business support personnel, so we’ve got a farewell, and two warm welcomes to share with you.
What our business support co-ordinators do
Our business support co-ordinators are our customers’ go-to team members. They offer support and assistance when needed, handling our customers’ telephone calls, helping to set up VoIP services, overseeing postal services, shredding and photocopying. We think of our BSCs as the oil in the Capital Space machine, making sure our centre operations run smoothly, so our customers can rest assured their workspace and communal facilities are always maintained to the highest standards and are ready and presentable to welcome clients.
Best of luck to Sally, who is leaving us after a decade of service
It’s all-change at Churchill Square Business Centre, as our previous business support co-ordinator, Sally, has left us after 10 years, to go travelling for a year with her husband. First they are heading to Europe and then they are off to India. We hope she has an amazing time and we are so grateful for all her support over the last decade.
Meet Tricia, Churchill Square’s new business support co-ordinator
Tricia Palmer joined us in August and has previous experience in facilities and reception roles for a housing association, and working as a compliance officer for a chain of hotels.
She said: “Everyone has been very helpful. Their knowledge is unbelievable and there is so much to learn. I am enjoying the job so far. I have been in facilities management roles since I was 18. I love the variety of the role.”
Tricia lives locally and in her spare time enjoys watching movies, water sports, listening to music and building Lego. Her latest creation – building a 100-year-old Disney castle – took her an entire month and is now safely installed in a hallway display cabinet. She shares her Lego passion with her partner and her dad! The 34-year-old also likes spending time with her cat called Whiskers.
Meet Victoria, Greenway Business Centre’s new business support co-ordinator
Victoria Beaumont has joined the Greenway Business Centre team following the departure of Timi, who has left us to start working in Portugal as a nanny.
Victoria, who lives only a 12-minute drive from the Harlow site, said: “My role with Capital Space has given me a great opportunity to enhance my knowledge in a front of house environment and provide me with new challenges.
I love how we feel like a community here and not just a work environment.”
In her spare time, Victoria likes spending time with family and friends, and trying new food.
